Dental emergencies never pick a convenient time. Call our main line during office hours, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and tell us what is happening. We will work you in as quickly as we can, get you out of pain, and explain your options plainly.

Much of our emergency care happens right here, including limited root canals, simple extractions, and dry socket treatment. When a case truly calls for a specialist, Dr. Toups refers you to someone she knows and trusts, and tells you exactly why.

What counts as a dental emergency?
Severe or lingering tooth pain, swelling in your face or gums, a broken or knocked-out tooth, a lost filling or crown that hurts, or pain that gets worse a few days after an extraction. If you are not sure, call. We would rather hear from you.
What if a tooth gets knocked out?
Pick it up by the top, not the root. Rinse it gently, and if you can, set it back in the socket or keep it in a little milk. Then call us right away, because time matters.

Can you help if I am anxious?
Absolutely. Nitrous sedation is available, and we take extra care to keep you comfortable. Tell us you are nervous and we will take care of it.
