Common Questions

Before you come in.

How do I fill out new-patient forms?
You can complete them in advance or when you arrive. Either way it takes about 10 minutes. Filling them out ahead of time gets you into the chair faster.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take. If you have recent X-rays from another office, those help too.
Do you take walk-ins?
We prefer appointments so we can give you our full attention, but we would never turn a patient away. If you are in pain or in a pinch, call on your way in and we will do our best to work you in.
How early should I arrive?
About 10 to 15 minutes early for a first visit so there is time to finish any paperwork. Every appointment is scheduled for a full hour, so nothing feels rushed.

The rest is easy.
